Role Overview: In the role of Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, representing the brand. You will assist through digital channels, provide product details, resolve delivery and account issues, and maintain comprehensive records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Efficiently resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Keep customer records current and accurate.
- Document interactions and track recurring issues.
- Ensure positive outcomes in every customer engagement.
- Guide customers in effectively using our products.
- Analyze issues to identify trends and address root causes.
- Regularly evaluate service quality and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- EU citizenship or a Romanian residency card
