What We Are Looking for:
Languages- C1/C2-level German proficiency.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (good to have).
- EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch effectively on calls and craft compelling proposals.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer
- Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Hybrid Work: Flexibility to work remotely and
- site in Barcelona. - Attractive Compensation:
- Base salary: 23, 876 - 30, 000 gross/year (based on experience).
- Performance bonus: Up to 3, 408 gross/year.
- Relocation Support:
- Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation.
- Assistance with private health insurance and relocation logistics.
- Training: 2-4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
