-Experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year required) -Native or
- native proficiency in spoken and written German, along with strong English communication skills. -Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. -Knowledge of general commerce and customer needs. -A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a
