Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise and enthusiasm in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to Ioana Serban ( IS&T Procurement Senior Team Lead , Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with a skilled and passionate team of 12 split in 4 Sub-Commodities: 1. Applications Projects & Services, 2. Software & Licences, 3. Infrastructure & Workplace Services and Transversal Team.

You'll be in charge of running operational Procurement Activities for Sourcing/Commodity IS&T domain. Day-to-day, you’ll be in contact with teams across the business located in Paris HQ, Berlin, Cluj and India focused on following activities – Procurement, Project Teams, PMO & Compliance teams, Cybersecurity, Legal and Finance managing standard RFXs (RFQ, RFP, RFI) , contract creation and contract renewals, follow -up of PR (Purchase Requisitions) and their conversion into PO (Purchase Orders).
