Global Digital Marketing Strategist, Lead
Responsibilities The Global Digital Marketing Strategist handles all strategic online initiatives and is responsible for the strategy and coordination of digital marketing activities across Finastra’s websites and digital channels to support awareness, demand generation, and acceleration, loyalty, advocacy, customer adoption and retention. This role collaborates and partners with key stakeholders across the Marketing organization and the rest of the ecosystem (Platform, Partners, Corporate Communications, HR, etc. ). Accountabilities • Define and execute the Finastra digital strategy and the roadmap that brings a strong engagement with our Customers, our Ecosystem and employees, across the entire Finastra business to achieve brand goals, business objectives. • Plan, implement and measure a SEM/SEO strategy. • Inform the digital strategy by identifying new and emerging trends within UX and web experiences to drive
- term growth in lead generation. • Orchestrate the publishing of web site content, user interface, look & feel and level of specificity to suit a wide range of needs, aligning with the web infrastructure and Marketing COE teams. • In collaboration with the ABM teams, create and implement customized digital experiences for strategic prospects and clients. • Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications that detail content hierarchy, component types, and interactions • Leverage regular reporting/tools to communicate performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous marketing campaigns improvement. Skills Requirements: • 5+ years experience in leading B2B digital marketing strategy • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices • Experience in running, maintaining and improving the effectiveness of web sites • Skilled in digital innovation and a very good understanding of web tools and systems • Be technically knowledgeable in all aspects of digital marketing • Experience in presenting website visitors with unique experiences tailored to their needs • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Financial services and/or software industry market experience Qualifications and experience: • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
