Global HR Business Partner

The Global functions are spread globally and have footprint in all countries where Autoliv has operations. Since the HR function and processes to a large degree are decentralized, managers need guidance and support to manage people in several geographies. Therefore in this role you will need to have great collaboration with managers and HR colleagues globally.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Part in implementing, driving, and supporting all HR processes (talent, including L&D and remuneration mgmt. ) for the Global functions through information activities, workshops, and management coaching.
- A big focus area for the coming years is learning and leadership development.
- Support and coordination of operational HR and people change management (i. e. job changes, recruitments, promotions, organizational changes) across the globe.
- Role should spend majority supporting the RDE function and be open to support other global functions as well.
- Delivery of all processes in the HR annual cycle.
- A smooth support, coordination and resolution of incoming requests for people and organizational matters.
- Clear development plans in place to ensure Growth mindset and leadership capabilities
If you have/are:
- Academic degree
- Experience in the field of HR-related matters either through HR-work or from other functional position. Proven track record of advisory role to managers.
- English – full working proficiency verbal and writing.
- Preferably a broad understanding and interest in all HR areas and deeper knowledge in some of them with focus on learning and development and leadership capabilities of our people.
- Experience from other functions is meritorious.
- The Global Functions have a global footprint thus the willingness to travel and to work off-hours will be needed.
