Avon is seeking a talented and experienced Global Online Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on various online marketplaces, with a focus on partnering with Amazon and Allegro, along with other key marketplaces. This role is crucial in driving Avon's online sales growth and expanding our reach to customers worldwide.Key responsibilities:
- functional markets and teams, including
- commerce, marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies.
Work Experience
Proven experience in online marketplace management, preferably in the beauty orconsumer goodsindustry.
Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices, with specificexpertise in Amazon. (Allegro would also be highly beneficial)
Skills & Competencies required
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners andinternal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and
- oriented mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and
- solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a
- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
