What will make you successful for the role if you have the following skills:

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• C1 level of English;
• Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Experience managing global teams across multiple locations.
• Solid understanding of Reporting, Data Analytics, and Operational Metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in process automation and reporting optimization.

Preferred:

• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM), including Forecast Accuracy, Scheduling Adherence, and SLA Performance.
• Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments.
• Familiarity with COPC, SLA management, and contract-based reporting.
• Knowledge of financial analysis related to budgeting, P&L, and cost efficiency
• Problem-solving mindset;
