Role description:

The role champions ongoing improvements to harness the full potential of the SPO Platform, simplifying business and People team processes to enhance the employee experience.
The Global Skills Program Product Specialist reports directly to the Global Skills Program Director and is part of the Global Community of Expertise for Capability & Workforce Readiness.
This role can be based in any GEC/GSSC Officer (India Philippines, Romania)
Role accountabilities:

Qualifications & Experience:
Our ideal candidate is an early adopter of technology, promoting both existing and new technologies globally. They are curious about the needs, behaviours, and priorities of all stakeholders in the SPO ecosystem. They should ideally have experience in developing and facilitating technology programs, with HR Systems expertise, including ideally Oracle HRIS, LMS, Oracle Recruit Cloud Applicant Tracking System, and Talent Intelligence (ideally Eightfold) platforms. Experience in a Talent Acquisition role would be advantageous but not essential.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate should showcase:
