Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to
- engage potential customers. - Collaborate with the e
Commerce team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals. - Utilize analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid search marketing.
- Manage budgets, forecast spending, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.
- Optimize landing pages and user experience to improve conversion rates.
- Work with designers and developers to create

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful e
Commerce paid search campaigns. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
