We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Group Architect to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

 This position will be responsible in partnership with the management for the technical direction and leading of all technical operations aspects of the company’s product development across multiple different and largely independent business units and products. The role is part of our Group Management team, reporting to Group CEO.

Together with the teams, this role will be responsible for driving consistent architectural approach and standards, monitoring and improving the Software Development Lifecycle, and ensuring the alignment of business unit roadmaps and development plans with group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and jointly with CTO lead all aspects of the company’s technological development.
• Participate in management meetings, handle management of directly led engineering teams (budget, staff appraisals, performance & KPI management).
• Client-facing solution design & sales presentation.
• Work side by side with business leaders to provide guidance into the use of new and innovative technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness and can accelerate the growth of Every
  Matrix.
• Ensure that communication between all teams, technical and business, is fluid and transparent.
• Ensuring software meets all requirements of quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
• Working with business stakeholders and clients to propose technical solutions and designs.
• Producing high quality documentation for both internal and external audiences.
• Reviewing existing and proposed platform architectures, and ensuring that weaknesses and problem
  - causes are identified and mitigated.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development or a similar information technology role.
• A minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role within the i
  Gaming industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of the i
  Gaming industry, including its products, vendors, operators, and the challenges they face.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and
  - making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and independence in executing tasks.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with little direction or oversight,
  - task and be flexible to cope with changing priorities.
• Curious,
  - thinking, and eager to explore innovative solutions.
