Group Design Lead in twoday
We are looking for a Group Design Lead in twoday that is able to interpret business requirements and needs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions across countries and business units in the twoday group.
twoday is a newly established brand and in the next 5 years our ambition is to triple in size. To be able to do so we need to invest in building a strong brand. We are now hiring a team to lead this work across the group. As our Group Design Lead you will work as a part of this team and together with stakeholders across the group build the twoday brand both as an attractive employer for people within IT and tech and as a powerhouse in digital transformation.
As our Group Design Lead you must be experienced in working in a creative team (including but not limited to graphic designers, copywriters, content strategists, etc). We would also like you to be great at pitching creative concepts to different business units and company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members like HR, marketing, and business leaders.

What will be your responsibilities?
Responsible for twoday branding guidelines, design language, and design system
Design and develop professional and
- catching creative assets for print, digital, social, and video initiatives across the group
Refine and improve the twoday design based on feedback from marketing managers, project leads, and other stakeholders
Maintain asset libraries with current company logos, product images, and other brand materials
Ensure the consistency of our design across visual assets
Collaborate with other teams, including product and marketing, to facilitate projects and initiatives
Keep up to date on the pulse of design by staying updated on emerging design trends and new innovations
Responsible for product and service design of applications and services developed and provided across twoday.
Help local marketing teams to create marketing material and content in twoday design
Train internal UX and design resources on the twoday brand and design system.
Act as a project manager in defined projects.
What are we looking for?
A fine arts degree (preferred), an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of creative direction experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creatively directing complex solutions for digital products.
Ability to work with international organizations and across business units to understand detailed requirements and determine a creative vision that matches briefs.
Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
