Our ESH department is looking for a Leader to ensure and continuously improve environmental protection, occupational safety and health as well as fire protection and plant security at the local site in Brasov.

What you will do as a Group Leader ESH:

To advise plant and company management on all aspects of occupational health and safety, environmental protection and plant security;

To initiate the approval process with authorities for all matters requiring permits;

To monitor compliance with current ESH legislation, with Vitesco's internal regulations, and to provide expertise on how this legislation and regulations can be met;

To keep track of the rules and regulations under current legislative procedures, and to evaluate their possible effects on the site;

To assess compliance with occupational health and safety as well as environmental protection standards and regulations when new technique;

Responsible for coordination of safety inspection procedures for new plant installations prior to their
- up;

To provide expertise and support in the planning and execution of investments in occupational health and safety, environmental protection and fire prevention.

What will you need to succeed :

Degree in engineering or natural sciences and proof of expertise in occupational safety and/or environmental subjects;

English language knowledge – advanced level;

Occupational safety or environmental protection knowledges.
