We are looking for - a HEAD OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION based in Cluj Napoca
The company develops new real estate projects, you can bring your expertise in both strategic and operational aspects, working in collaboration with the two Managing Partners and close contact with both of the companies. shareholders, as well as with external suppliers (auditors, banks, financial institutions, etc. )
The Head of Business Administrator will be responsible for aligning the company's strategy in Romania with the financial strategy of the group, you will be involved in financial planning and analysis of results, in financial reporting and you will be the interface in the company's relationship with various authorities. In addition, he will be responsible for analyzing various business metrics and providing accurate reports to CEO/CFO Group/Administrator.
The role is part of the company's senior management, reporting to the Group CFO and involves working with the executive team to make decisions on the company's strategy and financial decisions. operational on improving the organization's processes and metrics.
Responsibilities:
Driving Financial Performance & Strategy:
Design the company's financial strategy in order to improve the financial health and results of the organization.
Identify and implement
- saving initiatives and strategies for sustainable growth.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial health.
Take charge of all financial management functions, ensuring consistency and best practices across the board.
Evaluate financial terms in contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
Monitor contractual commitments to manage financial risk and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Lead the development and management of robust financial plans and budgets.
Provide
- thinking financial forecasts, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Analyze complex financial data, generating clear, detailed reports.
Present your findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, directly influencing key decisions.
Compile accurate, timely financial statements, providing comprehensive insights for senior management to support strategic

Collaborative Leadership:
Strong contact and collaboration with the accounting team
Partner with
- functional teams to ensure the financial efficiency of the entire organization.
Lead and mentor a
- performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Compliance and Audit Oversight:
Safeguard the organization’s compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Lead internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Financial review of contracts and commitments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e. g. , CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.
Familiar with the project work model
Excellent analytical and
- solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and very good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant systems.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Hungarian language skills would be a plus.
