Gaming startup making a strong impact in the Romanian market. With an ambitious roadmap and a
- first approach, they are now looking for a Head of Casino to lead and develop their online casino vertical, ensuring a
- tier gaming experience for their users.  As the Head of Casino, you will be responsible for strategising, developing, and managing the online casino offering, optimising player engagement, and ensuring the platform’s competitive edge in the market. You will oversee game portfolio management, promotional campaigns, and relationships with game providers, driving the success of the casino product.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive casino strategy to drive growth and market share.
• Manage relationships with game providers, aggregators, and platform suppliers to ensure a strong and competitive casino portfolio.
• Oversee casino promotions, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns to maximize player engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and product teams to align casino strategies with company goals.
• Analyze player data and market trends to optimize game offerings and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian gaming regulations and industry best practices.
• Lead and build a
  - performing casino team, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in an online casino leadership role (Head of Casino, Casino Manager, or similar).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of i
  Gaming, casino products, and player behavior.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Romanian is required.
• Commercial & Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and scaling casino operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with casino platforms, game providers, and
  - office systems.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret player data, trends, and KPIs to enhance performance.
