- centric approach, they are looking for a Head of CRM to lead and optimize their customer relationship management strategy.  As the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with
- functional teams, leveraging
- driven insights to create personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy focused on player retention and engagement.
• Manage
  -
  - end CRM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Utilize data analytics to track customer behavior and improve player lifecycle management.
• Optimise player communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc. ).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to enhance the user experience.
• Oversee bonus and loyalty programs, ensuring they drive customer retention and profitability.
• Stay up to date with i
  Gaming trends and regulatory requirements in the Romanian market.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in CRM, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in i
  Gaming).
• Industry Background: Strong knowledge of the i
  Gaming sector and player retention strategies.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Romanian is required.
• Tech & Data Skills: Experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for enhancing player engagement and loyalty.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive innovation and optimize CRM processes for growth.
