Gaming Romanian market. With a strong vision and innovative approach, they are looking for a Head of Customer Support to lead and scale their customer service operations. As the Head of Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing customer service strategies, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and leading a
- performing team. You will be responsible for optimising support processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices to drive excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a customer support strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the customer support team to ensure
  - tier service.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, support metrics, and performance indicators.
• Optimize workflows and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in customer support.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues with a proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Industry Background: Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English & Romanian is mandatory.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to build, mentor, and lead
  - performing teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and
  - making skills.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, automation, and customer service technologies.
