Context/ ROLE

The Head of Delivery has a pivotal role, responsible for driving the successful execution and delivery of complex projects and programs within our organization. Drawing inspiration from the Solution Train Engineer role in SAFe, this position combines deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, leadership skills, technical background, business knowledge in the areas of - payment solutions, e
Mobility, EV charging and a strong commitment to delivering
- quality products and solutions. As the Head of Delivery, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our agile practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

Program Execution:

Manage the successful execution of programs and projects, ensuring
- time and
- budget delivery.

Oversee the coordination of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) if applicable and also multiple external programs which may not be operating using Agile methodology.

Identify and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies to ensure smooth project flow and set up and lead required governance sessions for their proactive management.

Setup and manage a software development structure that fits best the product strategy and scope, maximizing teams` independency and ensuring teams have the right capacity and skillset.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to define program goals and priorities.

Communicate progress, program metrics, and impediments to key stakeholders and facilitate timely decision making.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Provide coaching and guidance to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

Promote Agile best practices and assist teams in adopting SAFe principles.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive the adoption of Lean-Agile principles and practices across the organization including but not limited to process retrospectives, budget and operational reviews.

Continuously ensure people development practices are in place (performance evaluation, feedbacks, trainings, and others).

Continuously assess and improve Agile processes and practices to enhance delivery efficiency using techniques like value stream mapping.

Focus on metrics and data driven decision making covering all the key four dimensions: Speed, Quality, Value and People. Making sure appropriate dashboards at team, program and portfolio are in place to achieve this.

Good familiarity with Project management and familiarity with digital tools like Jira, MS Azure Devops, Confluence, MS Project, and other Business Intelligence tools

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the delivery of
- quality digital products by promoting quality practices, testing strategies, and engineering excellence practices

Work with Product Management to make sure appropriate value assurance practices and product operations are in place for measuring realised value and updating subsequent funding and increments of work based on that.

Demographics and Cultural Fit:

International background, used to working in
- cultural teams across several locations.

Fluent in English; French is a plus.

- minded technologist who demonstrates an extended knowledge of new technologies.

Strong
- centric mindset combined with analytical skills and a
- driven approach.

Required skills & profile

Experience

10+ years of Agile Management experience, with a strong tech background, proven business acumen, and ability to develop products that meet market needs.

At least 2-3 years as a Head of Software Development / Head of PM / Head of Product / Senior PM leading a product from strategy to delivery.

Experience inspiring and leading product and engineering teams, setting up the best organization and practices.

Operate in the technical space and evaluate technical product tradeoffs in partnership with engineers.

e
Mobility experience is strongly preferred.

Proven experience as a leader in Agile and Lean practices, preferably in a SAFe environment.

Strong knowledge of SAFe framework and principles.

Experience in project and program management.

Agile certifications (e. g. , SAFe SPC, Certified Scrum
Master) are a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
