For our development projects we are looking for team members who face the challenges of the international automotive markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Tasks:
- Supporting the strategic planning of the department within a short or
- range time frame; - Cooperate in personnel planning within own area of responsibility;
- Planning , administrating the budget in its own area of responsibility, implement the necessary action to ensure the compliance with it;
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to its associates;
- Setting up priorities within stated times and goals;
- Preparing the periodically internal quality status reports;
- Defining and implementing guidelines, procedures and quality work instruction;
- Assuring delivery fulfillment and quality according to the criteria of production planning and control;
- Assuring quality testing based on CSR; compare target/actual deviations as necessary;
- Implementation of appropriate measures to prevent defects and eliminate weaknesses and monitoring their effectiveness in the sense of a
- error strategy; - Managing the Continuous Improvements projects (CIP), identification of
- avoiding/ saving opportunities; - Managing the internal and customer complaints, and monitoring of the complaints targets;
- Assess opportunities and risks;
- Act as the contact person for all questions and topics relevant to external complaints;
- In case of escalation, ensures cooperation with central collaborators and promotes the implementation of effective solutions.
Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in technical field;
- Working experience in a similar position / Quality department;
- Proven working experience in management and team coordination;
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Good knowledge of Quality techniques and methods (VDA, FMEA, PPAP/PPF, SPC, MSA, Metode 8D, Quality Management System TS 16949, customer specific requirements);
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes (Lean, Kaizen, 5S);
- Good communication skills in English; German language is an advantage;
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
- Good organization, analytical and
- solving skills; - Good negotiation skills, goal and result oriented;
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
- Very good communication skills, team–player and
- motivated; - Strong willingness to learn, grow and to further develop himself and others.
