Head of Workforce Management and Business Intelligence to join their team in Bucharest. In thissenior role, you will lead and manage teams focused on workforce management and businessintelligence, driving performance and ensuring efficient scheduling and
- driven
- makingacross the organization. Key Responsibilities:Supervise, mentor, and coach teams to optimise workforce efficiency and businessintelligence practices. Implement workforce management strategies and processes, ensuring alignment withoverall business goals. Predict staffing demands to ensure the right skills are available at the right time. Oversee the use of advanced scheduling tools (UKG, Virtual Roaster, Dimensions) and ensuresmooth time and attendance tracking. Monitor workforce data, identify trends, and present insights to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with other teams to align workforce management strategies with overallcompany objectives. Uphold company standards, continuously improve processes, and ensure compliance with
Romanian labor law. What You’ll Bring:At least 3 years in a similar senior workforce management or business intelligence role. Proven ability to manage and develop
- performing teams in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point) and workforce management systems. Strong interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal). Experience in the i
