 We are currently looking for an HR & General Affairs Specialist for our client, a dynamically developing company with an international reach, operating in the construction sector, including infrastructure and Renewable Energy Sources (RES). The team consists of highly qualified specialists whose main goal is to ensure excellent quality and timeliness of implemented projects.

Responsibilities:

• Registering new employees in the company’s programs 
• Managing documents, reports, and correspondence 
• Preparing monthly tally sheets for payroll audits
• Organizing meetings, conferences, travel, and events
• Supporting Korean expatriates and overseas visitor schedule
• Maintaining office systems, schedules, calendars, and filing systems
• Handling incoming mail and managing databases 
• Communicating to answer inquiries and provide information 
• Liaising with internal and external contacts
• Coordinating information flow and managing office space

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Min 3+ years in HR/General Affairs
• Practical knowledge of Romanian Labor Law
• Excellent English B2+ and MS Office skills
• Reliable, responsible team player with communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive and
  - solving approach
• Openness to potential business trips
• Class B driving license
• Knowledge of immigration processes is a plus
