We are seeking for our colleague: an enthusiastic HR Admin, who wants to build his or her career in a fast paced domain.
Responsibilities

Daily activity for different admin processes (addenda’s, contracts, resignations, etc)
- - level="1">
Interface with the employees and handling their requirements (employment documents & other documents)
- - level="1">
Organizes the activity of drawing up the employment files according to the law
- - level="1">
Organizes first day activity for new employees (contract signing, communication with hiring managers etc)
- - level="1">
Sends on time all the necessary information and documents to the Payroll department (medical leave certificates or other documents)
- - level="1">
Provides
- demand reports and staff statistics for the company or authorities - - level="1">
Prepares certificates for different requests such as medical, bank, etc.
- - level="1">
Archiving of employee documents
