Our HR department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to join the team!

What you will do as a HR Business Partner:

Consults, guides and supports execution of (business) change projects together with the management of respective organizational units;

Ensures consistent and compliant application of defined HR Policies, Programs, Procedures and Regulations;

Derives trends in development needs, alerts organization to critical areas ( succession planning) and supports leaders and employees in execution of development measures;

Supports and guides organizational development; guides employees and supervisors in HR related matters;

Leads and implements HR projects and act as project ambassador;

Supports Job Evaluation based on local, country or/and global policies;

Supports and facilitates annual Salary Review;

Consults supervisors and employees on Compensation Policies and Programs as well as Benefits & Pensions.

What will you need to succeed:

Bachelor or comparable qualification ( Business Administration, Psychology, Law Social Science, etc. );

Previous axperience in HR Business Partnering ( at least 3 years);

Experience in HR related processes, methods & tools;

Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken).
