Path is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic People Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for

- day operations and overseeing the global background check and referral verification processes, as well as other processes as requested, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the globe to ensure smooth execution of background check processes, while maintaining consistency and accuracy in the compliance procedures.
