We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we're excited to add an experienced HR Coordinator on a fixed term contract for 12 months to our People team in Bucharest.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the essential responsibility of overseeing and delivering a comprehensive range of HR and Payroll administration services. Your contributions will play a crucial part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of our people functions, ultimately supporting our mission to create an exceptional employee experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for the employee life cycle, including onboarding, induction, absence management, family leave, leaver administration, and payroll processing.
- Administer employee changes and maintain accurate HRIS records (Hi
Bob), communicating updates to relevant teams. - Supporting our fantastic team in Romania by expertly navigating Romanian employment law and nurturing positive relationships with our employees.
- Help resolve complex issues by escalating them as needed, assist with any requests for exceptions to our standard processes, and keep communication flowing smoothly and promptly.
- Ensuring processes are compliant and consistently followed.
- Keeping the HR Google Drive up to date and compliant.
- Ensure compliance with processes and that they are are continually followed and maintain the HR Google Drive.
- Compile management reports and actively contribute to exciting HR projects, including the implementation of new HRIS systems and the mapping of efficient workflows.
- Manage the Romanian payroll and benefits smoothly, collaborating with providers whenever necessary.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Shared Services Center, with desirable international exposure.
- In-depth understanding of payroll processing and relevant legislative requirements.
- Solid background in payroll and HR administration, along with first level enquiry management.
- Experience in delivering comprehensive HR Administration services.
- Strong proficiency in IT, including adeptness with HR systems like Hi
Bob and Excel. - Highly analytical with the capability to manipulate data as needed.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of HR and payroll tasks.
- Detail-oriented and attention to detail is crucial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
