Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of labor law, payroll administration, personnel management processes, and time tracking, including shift work. This role is pivotal as the primary point of contact for labor law-related matters, ensuring compliance and offering expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and personnel administration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Conduct disciplinary investigations, including issuing warnings and managing disciplinary procedures;
- Advise management on labor law-related matters and processes;
- Develop and document procedures for personnel administration;
- Prepare and manage attendance codes, periodic employee health checks, and occupational medicine processes;
- Maintain relationships with payroll providers and ensure efficient communication with occupational health and safety (OHS) providers;
- Oversee employee benefits programs and manage related processes;
- Compile and deliver internal and external reports (e. g. , for management and financial departments), ensuring compliance with all deadlines and legal requirements;
- Handle audits for personnel administration processes;
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding labor law issues;
- Ensure the timely submission of declarations and statistics to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Solid expertise in labor law and regulations, with experience handling legal situations;
- Proven experience in payroll administration and personnel management processes;
- Previous experience with time tracking and shift planning systems;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Prior experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly desirable;
- Strong understanding of bonuses, legal holidays, and Revisal registrations;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
