HR Generalist
Job Description
- Managing employee personnel files and ensure their validity. Administration for the whole employment period – personnel hiring employment continuity and terminations.
- Ensuring all hiring documents are prepared, signed accurately, and archived efficiently.
- Accurately maintaining employee data in internal HR Systems.
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions and internal HR procedures along with HR Manager and under direct supervision of Legal department.
- Preparing and managing documentation for various employee requests or life cycle events, including maternity/paternity leave.
- Using the ticketing system to monitor and resolve incoming cases.
- Preparing attendance records accurately for payroll processing.
- Collecting medical leave certificates for payroll processing and reimbursement.
- Providing internal and external audit support as required
- Administering database for medical providers (Private health insurance), Meal vouchers providers and maintaining contact with them.
- Supporting Health and Safety provider with preparing needed documentation.
- Support disciplinary investigations, labor inspections, and employee integration
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, it would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of English & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet deadlines
