HR Generalist with Italian - WFH
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Candidate update/changes related to Talent/Rewards
- Administer assessment of internal and external candidates part of the recruitment process
- Data entry for candidate transactions such as Job profile, employment details, compensation etc.
- Performance review data collection and processing
- Creating performance payment reports
- Workforce planning related operational and administrative tasks
- Create offer/contract letters
- Participate in
- functional team training - Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client requirement
- Conduct benefits audits
- Compensation Planning & Performance Management

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Italian (C1) & English(B2)
- Experience in working on any Employee Benefits system
- Overall Experience ︄︎︀︂︍︍︃︊︂︆︄︄︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Required: ︄︎︀︂︍︍︃︊︂︆︄︄︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎1-2years
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Should have good, MS Office, Presentation and Reporting skills
