Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR IT professional to act as the Service Owner for our SAP Success
Factors Talent Management module. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, direction, and performance of the SAP Success
Factors Talent Management system, ensuring it meets the needs of our global organization. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Factors with a focus on Talent Management modules (, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning & Development).
Factors Talent Management module, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
Factors solutions, as well as experience working on related projects
Qualifications
Factors Talent Management module, or similar talent management systems.
