Position Overview 

We’re looking for a skilled HR Manager, who will be a part of our current team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. This is a great opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing HR operations (recruiting, selecting, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, maintaining compensation & benefits package)
• Coordinating adaptation and performance
• Working with current HR procedures and policies, and implementing new ones
• Advising management on personnel management issues
• Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues
• Preparing various reports and
  - hoc analysis
• Supervising work with the HR-related contractors

• Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams
• Exceptional leadership qualities
• The ability to develop and nurture relationships across departments
• The confidence to provide sound professional advice
• The ability to lead the development of effective employment policies
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection, health and safety, etc)
• The ability to analyze and review HR data to identify trends
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• Readiness for a
  - time work schedule (40 hours per week)
