HR Senior Benefits Analyst
Solenis/Diversey is looking for a:
HR SENIOR BENEFITS ANALYST
Main Scope
You will be a part of an established EURASIA Benefits team, supporting the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy. One key area of focus will be to ensure any benefit vendor services are progressed in compliance with the organisations process requirements. You will be reponsible for maintaining a range of benefit programmes in designated countries or a specific group of benefits for the region. Activities include benchmarking, researching, renewal and communication of benefit programmes This role also involves supplier management and influencing administration processes to promote positive employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Benefit Offerings through the life cycle from data collection, implementation, systems management, policy renewals, annual enrolment and BAU.
- Support benefit plans rationalization projects and onboarding / off boarding of new businesses / geographical locations
- Handle case escalations and support employees, HR and Business in understanding the local Benefits plans.
- Maintain relationship with Providers and Brokers, including invoice reconciliation and communication.
- Collaborates with internal personnel on employee benefit related knowledge and skill sets to determine current benefit trends and compare with legislated requirement and programs
- Collaborates on communicating the benefits program and policies effective to the company. Ensures proper communication regarding any change or updates
Qualifications
- A university degree required (i. e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in HR a similar role in a Shared Service Center or a Business Process Outsourcing company.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple concurrent activities
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office 365 Applications
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure to meet the project needs/deadlines
- Interest, knowledge and/or experience in HR
- Problem solver with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning and improvement
- Team player with a high sense of accountability and responsibility
