Are you at home in HR and employment issues? Do you have relevant expertise and would you like to contribute your valuable
- how in a dynamic IT environment? As the central contact person for employees and managers, you are right in the middle of things and can actively participate in HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent preparation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements and references in compliance with our company guidelines
- Processing of entry and exit processes, independent administration of personnel files
- Recording, processing and checking personnel master data in an ERP system to ensure accurate and

- date data for a wide range of analyses
- Close collaboration with the HR managers
- Support and processing of projects, optimization of processes
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Professional experience in the field of human resources
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package and knowledge of an ERP system or SAP HR/HCM desirable
- Fluent in German (C1)
- Very careful and structured way of working paired with strong reliability and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
