Main Duties And Responsibilities:
• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
• Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
To Join Our Team You Will Need:
• Professional experience preferably within HR or customer service area
• Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable
• PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
• Very good English and French
• Accurate working style
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Stress resistant
• Professional communication skills
