Inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Operations – Domain Trainee – German – Hybrid Bucharest
In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates, across EMEA region, enquiries, and requests thru case management tools.
Responsibilities
● Handle HR inquiries via email, HR cases and phone/chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support.
● Administer employee
- cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based).
● Assures HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies).
● Establish and/or update process documentation (standard procedures, templates).
● Maintain good relationships with Stakeholders.
● Constantly strive for process improvements by identifying process gaps and participating in improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team.
● Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
● Consults closely with Team Leader and Operations Managers to establish process approaches and programs and ensures alignment with overall company policies, programs, and business objectives.
- Contributes to developing and overseeing the periodical service performance dashboards and discussing it with the appropriate stakeholders.
● Ensures performance metrics are effective and professionally conducted. Team members are properly trained, and customer service standards are at the highest level. All related records and reports are complete and current. Professional relations exist with customers, vendors, and other external business contacts.
● Communication and Presentations Skills: Should be able to communicate well with the clients and be able to present data post analysis.
● Problem Solving: Should be tactical and be able to solve

- day operations issues and should be able to understand Service Delivery metrics.
● Time Management: Should be able to manage his/her own time well and coach front line managers and agents’ staff to do the same.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
1. Strong knowledge and relevant work experience in

- end HR processes and operations, employment laws and HR practices across serviced countries.
2. Knowledge of and ability to manage vendor relationships as they relate to 3rd party service providers and service level agreements.
3. Experience in creating, implementing & driving Structured Action Plans.
4. Prior experience of managing and generating reports from an ERP.
5. Analytical and
- solving skills.
6. Bachelor / Master´s degree.
7. Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
8. Proficient English (C1) and German min B2
9. Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.
10. Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
1. Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset
2. Previous experience working in Shared Services
