Inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Operations Subject Matter Expert – Manager – English – Hybrid Bucharest
In this role, you will be working as Subject Matter Expert for a manufacturing client during transition, aiming transformation agenda success and new tool implementation. You are expected to have deep HRO domain knowledge which helps in picking right pain points and creating value through providing domain specific solutions.
Responsibilities
• Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to synthesize, clean, visualize and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need
• Consult to identify risks and opportunities that impacts the performance of the business and convert them into analytical solutions and provide appropriate actionable insights
• Identify and convert new savings opportunities through customer nuances, trending (deductions, payment etc. )
• Client Relationship management: Constantly communicate with client and internal stakeholders to build a strong relationship that is essential for seamless delivery of services
• Operational excellence – governance, weekly utilization, project prioritization, team resource optimization etc.
• Responsible for leading the design and implementation of an ERP
- delivery of project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and
- live support.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs.
• Collaborates inside the company with members of the team, peers and Operations council, with the client stakeholders or other internal teams to accomplish the allocated objectives.
• Contributes to the procedure and process maps design and updated, ensuring the nuances and details are captured.
• Contributes to defining the KPIs of the process.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Language level: English C1
• Relevant experience of Human Resources Operarions and SAP or other ERP project implementation experience is mandatory.
• Graduate with Basic Accounting Knowledge and analytical skills
• Good Leadership skills
• Should understand Operations KPIs
• Should have comprehensive knowledge customer onboarding process
• Ability to initiate & execute performance improvement plans
• Should have successfully completed performance improvement projects
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with all key stakeholders, internal and client
• He/she should thrive in a
- paced and ambiguous environment
• Should have done volume forecast & capacity planning
• Ability to handle pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a
- technical audience in clear and concise language
