Our client is a global IT service provider specializing in software development, digital transformation, and consulting services. It and operates in various industries, including finance, automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, and more.
Responsibilities- Experience in any one of leading IAM solutions (eg. , One Identity, Ping Identity, Forge
Rock, etc) - Support maintenance of IAM information assets across the organization, including documentation, catalogues and risk assessments
- Involved in all Project phases, from Project Inception to Maintenance, Project Phases (requirements, architectural and functional design, planning, development, testing, release, support)
- Handling Business/Change stakeholders from Technical side: influencing skills, collaboration skills, negotiation skills, being able to discuss on high level, attentive to Business/Tech relationship challenges and stakes.
- Leadership and Team/Project Lead responsibilities, especially building relationships and in the same time remaining firm and in control with the Central Strategy of the Project.
- Work with both Internal-Customer and External-Supplier
- Experience of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval, provisioning, recertification, Joiner/Movers/Leavers)
- Experience in process tuning, automation and reengineering
1. Must have
- 5+ years' experience with International stakeholders (especially German, UK, India)
- Very good in (Project) Planning
- Fluent to native English
- Flexible on
- site attendance: minimum 2-3 days per week
2. Nice to have
- 2+ years' experience in Corporate Banking/Financial industries
- Multi-projects integrated Program's
- Migrating projects from AS-IS into TO-BE
- AIM/PAM concepts and processes
- Cloud/GCP concepts and setups
- Service
