Description

Business Access is part of the Chief Security Office and responsible for designing and running services for logical access to business applications and data. This includes topics around access concepts, role & entitlement management, unstructured data access management and the business product ownership for some of DB’s authorization systems.

Role and entitlement management is a part of Business Access and responsible for ensuring a central governance process of establishing the coordination of an impact assessment in case of changing an IT Asset Role / IT Asset Entitlement or Multi-IT-Asset Roles in the organization.

Your key responsibilities

Conduct and develop the central governance process for tracking role and entitlement changes effectively for all relevant applications in Deutsche Bank.

Ensure completeness and quality of the impact assessments for roles and entitlements related changes.

Analyze the options to enhance the BAU roles and entitlements changes process, automate and align with TDI’s strategic tools, while driving the process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the relevant teams.

Contribute to the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the security and integrity of Deutsche Bank's digital assets.

Participate in the design and implementation of
- based access control models, working closely with stakeholders to define and document entitlements based on business requirements and regulatory compliance standards.

Provide technical guidance and support on IAM best practices, standards, and emerging technologies, collaborating with
- functional teams to ensure effective implementation and integration of IAM solutions.

Create reports & dashboards for Senior Management and business stakeholders.

Your skills and experiences

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of
- on experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on
- based access control.

Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and frameworks, with knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.

Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies is a plus.

Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and
- technical stakeholders.
