• Basic understanding of immigration laws and regulations, enthusiasm for managing immigration cases, and a strong desire to assist clients
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work under supervision
• Verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Romanian and English)
• Professional, proactive, and
- focused approach to delivering
- quality services
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Your future role• Assist senior consultants and team members in preparing and submitting immigration applications to relevant authorities
• Provide support by gathering necessary documentation and preliminary drafting of application files
• Accompany senior consultants and clients to authorities for file submissions and other relevant appointments
• Conduct preliminary research on
- related queries and assist in the preparation of technical consultations
• Maintain clear and organized records of client documents and case statuses
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with relevant authorities
• Stay informed about basic changes in immigration legislation and communicate these updates to the team
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed to ensure the effective operation of the immigration services
