Stellenbeschreibung

Responsibilities of the job: 

Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators);

Maintenance of various data aspects – events, milestones etc. ;

Monitors data accuracy reports;

Notifies third parties about data inconsistencies and ensures follow up until problem liquidation;

Update Schenker systems with relevant data provided by external sources or internal systems;

Ensures specific data maintenance in accordance with agreed SOPs.

qualifications of the job:

Desirable logistics background and experience in a similar role. Evidence of a previous customer oriented role is a plus;

Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing. Time-management skills;

High level of attention to details and accuracy;

Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player;

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and
- oriented;

High level of proactivity and flexibility;

Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc. ). Share
Point basic knowledge;

Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal;

Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred). Additional languages, spoken and written (preferably);

Responsible for adequate stakeholder management;

Rigorous and transparent working style that ensures efficient task completion.
