- time Indirect Procurement Senior Team Leader  in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and leadership expertise in a new
- edge field. You’ll report to Titus Ardevan  ( Cluster Operations Manager , Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.

You'll ensure the effective performance for the Global Procurement Function and the achievement of service delivery requirements. Day-to-day, you will act as business partner to the Global Functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Office), Procurement Head of Region/Country Leaders and SSO counterparts supervising, and ensuring effective procurement activities.

You’ll specifically manage individual performance, build teamwork, initiate, and drive continuous improvement within your team, but also take lead for new initiatives and asses staff training needs.
