How You’ll Make an Impact

• PLC Mastery: Apply your extensive experience in PLC programming, especially with Siemens S7 PLCs, using Siemens TIA Portal and other development tools. Your familiarity with various other PLC systems will be key to our success.
• OPC-UA Integration: Help integrating PLC systems with OPC-UA architecture, enhancing data communication and system interoperability across our operations.
• Collaboration with OEMs: Work directly with machine suppliers to ensure OPC-UA compatibility, fostering strong partnerships and driving innovation in our manufacturing processes.
• Modernization and Consulting: Offer your expertise to consult on brownfield modernization and the integration of new systems, focusing on data access and leveraging your deep understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards.
• Safety and Efficiency: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of factory electrical equipment, backed by your experience to work in manufacturing environments.
• Global Impact: Be willing to travel both nationally and internationally, providing your expertise to our factories around the world.

What You Bring

• Technical education and practice with background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in PLC programming, especially with Siemens S7, and familiarity with various other PLC systems.
• Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating PLC systems into OPC-UA architecture for superior data communication.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate with machine suppliers to enable OPC-UA compatibility and consult with factories on modernization strategies.
• Cybersecurity: In-depth understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards to protect our operations.
• Training: Trained and certified to work on factory electrical equipment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to support our factories worldwide.
