You will be part of a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining, and packaging facilities in Bunge.

Program Overview
Start in our Buzau Plant, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in

- day operations, within the Maintenance department.
The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:
Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.- tune skills of the future.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.
What to bring
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Technical field (Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical), Food Science or other related fields;- curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required
