Info Security Officer
As the Information Security Officer (ISO) of Total Soft, one of the leading software developer firms in Romania, you will play a key role in ensuring the protection of our systems and data and those of our customers.
You will work alongside a talented team to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Driving internal Info
Sec projects and strategic initiatives to help change for the future; - Development of security policies and procedures for the company, and its service and software delivery organizations; - Conducting security analyses, certifications,
- certifications and audits involving a wide variety of international Info
Sec compliance programs, such as ISO27001, NIS, SOC, etc. .
Sec policies and procedures.
Sec regulations and drive innovative solutions to ensure that our business remains compliant; What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or other related fields; - Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years);; - Deep experience in developing detailed plans and driving through strategic initiatives aligned with Info
Sec best practices; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels; - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and
- solving skills; - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a
- solving environment.
