Soft has a team of 600 software specialists and projects in 41 countries on 4 continents.   What you need to succeed: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Engineering; 6+ years as a member of an IT Security team; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels.   Responsibilities: Develops information security strategy and objectives in line with the company’s strategy; Assesses and establishes the scope of information security and resource management; Develops information security management system planning based on risk profile and risk appetite; Develops the governance elements of the information security management system; Performs monitoring and verifies the implementation of the information security action plan raised by specialized units (e. g. , Compliance, Internal/External Audit); Designs the organizational and procedural security measures required to deal with information security risks in accordance with the profile and risk appetite; Design security measures in operational processes in accordance with the profile and risk appetite; Establishes and verifies compliance with resource and information access management; Ensures the integration of information security requirements established at the organizational level into contracts and supplier activities; Participates in the management of information security incidents with the aim of minimizing their impact on the business; Evaluates the information security management system; Establishes key controls and indicators in the area of information security; Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the key controls and information security control indicators; Advise the company’s management on the information security management system; Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and ensure its update; Provides information and cooperates with specialized units when necessary (Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, etc. ).   Why Total
