The Infrastructure and Platforms Unit Lead will lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure solutions for external clients in a dynamic outsourcing environment. The role involves overseeing infrastructure service delivery, ensuring
- quality technical solutions, and aligning services with client expectations and business objectives. A key focus will be managing client relationships, leading solution design during the bidding process, and ensuring optimal service performance. This position demands strong technical expertise, exceptional management skills, and the ability to lead complex solutioning and infrastructure services for multiple clients.
What you’ll be doing:
