Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, email automations, and
- driven engagement.

Analyze customer data and behavior to craft personalized,
- driven marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the service team to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud processes, leveraging CRM data to enhance
- functional efforts.

Provide technical expertise and strategic insights on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize marketing outcomes.

Deliver
- on support for setting up, testing, and refining
- centric campaigns, journeys, and automations.

Option to work remotely, with a minimum of one workday per week required
- site in Brussels.

Fluent in Dutch (essential).

At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Proven expertise in designing and optimizing customer journeys, automations, and engagement strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Knowledge of and experience with Service Cloud is a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
