Intern (Bachelor)HR with Italian -12 months

We have anopportunity for an Intern HR to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. In this role you’ll provide HR support and get involvedin various projects that make a real impact to our culture, employees, and businesses. Youwill have the support of an amazing HR team, that will teach, guide and coachyou on HR processes and activities. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

On-boardingadministration (including but not limited to contract preparation, trackprogress, induction and all necessary arrangements), making sure that the EEfile is complete and correct.

Createsand collects signatures for all related documents

Maintainthe relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, suchas: documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure andinternal regulations.

Workingclosely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government Relations

Benefitsadministration, Report analysis, Invoicing for benefits, Distribution ofbenefits

Createsand reviews periodically the job descriptions for direct reports

Participatesin the recruitment and selection process for hiring staff.

Setsdevelopment plans (technical & behavioral) for his own reports, ensuressuccession planning.

Key skills and qualifications

Studentstatus as 3rd year Bachelor or Master’s enrolled in related field

Goodunderstanding of Italian and English in written and spoken is a must
