Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid – Mostly On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B

Duration: 6 months + prolongation available

Salary: 6000 - 7000 ron net

Please note that only candidates based in Bucharest will be taken into consideration.

Tasks

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Support the management team with financial insights and recommendations.
• Improve and implement internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in Romanian and proficiency in English.
