Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
1. Develop audit plans, checklists, and protocols to facilitate thorough evaluations of quality, security, environmental, health and safety performance.
2. Conduct regular QHSE audits of Stefanini EMEA's operations, facilities, and processes to assess compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies and to identify potential risks and
- compliance issues.
3. Draft internal audit reports, summarizing all identified weaknesses, associated risks and recommendations for corrective actions.
4. Follow up on audit findings to ensure satisfactory closure. Collaborate with
- functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address
- compliance issues.
5. Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports highlighting areas of strength, weakness, and opportunities for enhancement in an accurate, objective, clear, concise and timely manner constructively and persuasively, in particular: associated risk, efficiencies/ weaknesses/incidents detected, expected action plans and relevance, promote internal control mentality and the best practices identified within the organization.
6. Evaluate and identify QHSE risks for the roles within the EMEA region, define and update local plans and instructions for prevention and protection.
7. Organize and monitor Quality, Security, Health Safety and Environment related activities for the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local legislation, corporate guidance, and internal regulation.
8. Understanding complex business contexts, with focus on ESG (environmental, social and governance processes)
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QEHS performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Stay abreast of regulatory updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices in QEHS management to ensure Stefanini remains at the forefront of compliance and sustainability.
11. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to increase employee awareness and understanding of QEHS requirements and responsibilities. Ensure all employees benefit from an adequate level of QHSE training by organizing periodic refreshers.
12. Assist in developing and maintaining QEHS management systems, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of excellence and accountability. Developing or implementing new processes, policies or solutions aimed at ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency.
13. Can participate in the activity of analyzing the causes of
- conformities and complaints.
14. Participate in internal and external reviews, assessments, and certifications to validate Stefanini's commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and workplace safety.

16. Perform
- related activities in agreement with the Local/Regional leadership team, taking into consideration business priorities.
17. Perform other duties within the competence area, as assigned.
Job RequirementsRequirements
1. Master's degree or bachelor's degree preferably in science and engineering.
2. Relevant experience in a similar role (compliance-related subject (QHSE)) of a minimum of 3 years.
3. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO standards.
4. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and facts, logical thinking, systems thinking and adaptability.
5. Prior exposure to a multicultural business environment is a plus.

- solving abilities.
8. Strong research, analytical and
- writing skills.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

11. Fluent in English both oral and written.
Capabilities and Qualifications:
1. Certified Auditor of one or more of the following: ISO 9001/27001/ 14001/ 45001.
2. Proven experience in conducting internal audits, preferably within the IT industry or a related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of relevant QEHS regulations, standards, and best practices, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001/ ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other applicable standards.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and technical data.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in audit processes and reporting.
7. Demonstrated
- solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues.
8. Ability to analyze and interpret key figures, derive measures and focus on the essentials.
9. You are resilient and have
- confidence even in a dynamic environment.
10. Proficiency in MS Office applications and audit management software.
11. Ability to travel occasionally to conduct
- site audits and participate in external assessments and certifications.
