We are looking for dynamic, energetic,
- motivated and creative candidates to promote The Energy Year’s flagship products on all continents and are offering attractive
- level compensation packages.
The position offers overseas posting throughout the year in several of the many markets The Energy Year is established in. The sales coordinators are tasked with meeting C-class business executives, attending leading energy events and gathering
- depth information on national energy industries and business environments.

- job development as part of a field team while receiving support from our HQ personnel, whose combined years of experience will help them acquire the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed on the global stage.
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Ideal Profile
• - round availability to travel and relocate to emerging markets on all continents
• A BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree backed by sound knowledge of international relations, economics, marketing or communications
• excellent communication skills and a proven adaptability to a global environment with a wide interest and/or exposure to various cultures and customs
• Ambition, drive and communicative energy with highly independent and vivacious personality
• Team-playing abilities and strong social skills
• The ability to work under deadlines and to keep a cool head under pressure
• Ideally one to three years of relevant work experience, although new graduates will be considered
• Fluency in both written and spoken English with a second language (preferably Spanish, Portuguese or French) being an advantage
• Excellent personal and professional presentation
• No travel restrictions
